When will I receive my order?
All coffee orders will be delivered within 5 business days of the order so that your coffee will be at its best.
Can I delay/pause/change my shipping?
Yes, BottomLess Cup subscriptions can be paused and resume on a specific date. If you are moving, just go into your account and make the necessary address changes. (no PO Boxes). Please allow 10 business days for the changes, so please plan accordingly.
What shipping method(s) do you use?

I want to try a new coffee flavor. How do I do that?
No problem! We are glad you want to try a new craft coffee! Just go into your account and make the change.
Please do at least 5 days before your shipment is schedule to be sent.
How do I change/cancel my subscription?
Simply go to “My Acccount” in the menu bar, login, and change the information on your subscription or click the “Cancel” button.
